How does check-in work at the Smarthotel?
The Check-in is completely digital and contactless. Before your arrival you will receive an e-mail with all the information and a link to the Online check-in.
After check-in, you will automatically receive a Code, with which you can directly Open the room door without a reception desk or queues. Access works via a secure, digital locking system.
Can I arrive earlier? (Early Check-in)
Regular check-in is available from 3:00 pm possible. If your room is ready earlier, we will inform you in advance. Simply Check in digitally - You will receive the code access automatically as soon as everything is activated.
When can I check out?
The check-out is until 10:00 am possible. You don't have to go to reception - just Close the room door and leave. The Invoice you get automatically by e-mail sent to you.
How can I pay?
Payment is made convenient online at check-in. You can pay by credit card or other digital payment methods. No cash required, no waiting at reception.
Is there breakfast at the hotel?
Of course, a continental breakfast is bookable in the overnight price.

Is there dinner at the hotel?
Our restaurant „Beim Sämann“ will reopen its doors on Monday, 6 May 2026.

Tuesday to Saturday 17:00 – 21:00 (Hot food served until 20:00)
Is there a car park at the hotel?
Yes, you have sufficient Parking spaces for cars, lorries and Motorbikes directly at the hotel - without reservation. You will also find on site E-charging stations (DC/AC charging with 320 & 22 kW) for e-cars and e-bikes.

Is WLAN available in the room?
Yes, you have free access throughout the hotel to our fast WLAN - unlimited and without login stress.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, pets are allowed at Smarthotel Gallmersgarten. Simply state the number of four-legged friends travelling with you when booking.
